All 12 Big Walk Achievements

Big Walk has exactly twelve achievements on Steam. The table below lists every one with its official description and the share of players who have unlocked it, pulled directly from Steam's public achievement data.

Achievement What it asks Unlocked by Rarity
Big Walk Cross the drawbridge 84.60% Common
Big View Visit the map 50.50% Common
Big Pack Wear a backpack 41.50% Common
Big Sit Ride the chairlift 23.60% Uncommon
Big Help Wear something on your hip 17.60% Uncommon
Big Ride Ride the train 16.40% Uncommon
Big Climb Reach the highest point 13.30% Uncommon
Big Tunnel Enter a big tunnel 9.50% Rare
Big Wall Go beyond the wall 3.50% Rare
Big Goodbye Hidden — House House publishes no description. 3.30% Rare
Big Makeover Get shiny 1.30% Ultra rare
Big Game Hidden — House House publishes no description. 0.40% Ultra rare

Unlock rates read from Steam's global achievement data on August 9, 2026. These numbers move as more people play — early rates always look rarer than they will later.

What the Unlock Rates Actually Tell You

The order above is not the developer's order, it is the players' order, and that makes it the closest thing to a difficulty curve that exists in public. Three things stand out.

The first hour is where most people stop

Crossing the drawbridge sits at 84.60%, then the rate drops to 50.50% for visiting the map. One player in 6 never got past the first milestone, and the second milestone loses a good share again. That is a normal shape for a co-op game whose first session depends on getting friends into a lobby together.

The middle is a smooth slope, not a wall

From Big Pack at 41.50% down to Big Tunnel at 9.50% the rates step down gently. There is no single achievement where the population collapses, which fits a game with no fail states and no difficulty gates — people stop because the session ended, not because they got stuck.

Almost nobody has finished

Big Wall sits at 3.50%, and the first ending at 3.30%. Fewer than 4 players in 100 have reached the end of Big Walk. If you are still walking, you are further along than you think.

The Two Ending Achievements

Big Walk has two ending-related achievements, and both are hidden — House House publishes no description for either, so this guide does not invent one.

Ending Unlocked by Reached by
Big Goodbye 3.30% 1 player in 30
Big Game 0.40% 1 player in 250

The gap is the interesting part. Big Goodbye is twelve times more common than Big Game, which is a much wider spread than you would expect if the two were simply alternative choices offered at the same moment. A split that lopsided usually means one ending is the one you arrive at by finishing, and the other takes something extra that most players never discover they can do.

What we are not claiming. Steam exposes the names and the rates, not the trigger conditions. Anyone telling you exactly how to reach Big Game four days after launch is guessing. When a reliable method is confirmed, it will be added here with its source.

The Rarest Achievements

These four are the rarest in the game, and the ones worth planning a session around:

  • Big Game (0.40%) — the rarest thing in the game, and hidden.
  • Big Makeover (1.30%) — “Get shiny.” The most approachable of the four, being the one whose requirement you can actually read.
  • Big Goodbye (3.30%) — an ending, hidden.
  • Big Wall (3.50%) — “Go beyond the wall.” The last milestone before the endings.

Everything else is above 9%, so a determined group can clear 8 of the 12 in ordinary play. The co-op tips cover keeping a group together long enough to get there, which — going by the drop-off above — is the actual difficulty.

Platform Differences

The twelve achievements above are the Steam set. PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 run their own systems, and the public unlock data on this page exists only for Steam.

  • Steam: 12 achievements, with the global unlock percentage shown next to each one in your library.
  • PS5: trophies with the usual bronze/silver/gold tiers, tracked in your console profile. Rarity percentages are PlayStation's own and will not match the Steam figures above.
  • Switch 2: progress is tracked through the console profile.

Nothing carries across. Achievements are tied to the platform you play on, and Big Walk has crossplay but not cross-progression — that distinction is covered in the crossplay guide.

Achievement Questions

How many achievements does Big Walk have?

Twelve on Steam. Two of them are hidden, and both are tied to endings.

What is the rarest Big Walk achievement?

Big Game, unlocked by 0.40% of players — about 1 in 250. It is a hidden achievement with no published description, and its internal name marks it as the second of the game's two ending achievements.

How many people have finished Big Walk?

Around 3.3% had unlocked an ending as of August 9, 2026, 5 days after launch. Completion rates climb for months after release, so this number will keep rising.

Does Big Walk have multiple endings?

There are two hidden ending achievements — Big Goodbye at 3.30% and Big Game at 0.40% — and their internal Steam identifiers are literally Ending1 and Ending2. Worth noting that the Steam store page lists An Ending, singular, among the game's features, so the two may well be stages of one finish rather than branching outcomes. House House publishes no description for either, and this guide does not invent one.

Do achievements carry across platforms?

No. Achievements are tied to the platform you play on. Big Walk supports crossplay but not cross-progression, so a Steam unlock does not appear on your PS5 profile.

Can I earn achievements in co-op?

Yes — Big Walk is a co-op game and the achievements are earned in normal sessions with your own group. There is no public matchmaking, so everything is unlocked while playing with people you invited.
